What I Am Learning about New Government Technology & Mathematical Science

I was thinking about how we have all been affected by flooding at one point in time or another in our lives.  Why can't we create additive manufactured plastic barriers that guide all of the water from the banks with reinforced high walls and plastic barrier that keeps it moving into a certain direction and drained farther away from businesses and homes into retaining ponds/lakes?  What happened to things like the Eerie Canal or using a dam or bridge to hold back water and create energy from turbines at the same time?  My idea for a reinforced additive plastic manufactured wall that sets deep into the banks of a river and has high walls that reach out further than the bank on each side so that higher levels of water will fill a wider gap and be sent downstream to a retaining lake or pond or even kept for drinking water and well later on for a city instead of reprocessing the same water?   Why don't we build foundations like the medieval periods anymore where we are s...

I Am Jessica L. Gerlemann.  I have created a design in which a Micro-Nanochip  is used to find the outcome of gene expression and store the outcomes in the  memory of the chip and then interacts with the human body to edit the gene  expressions that cause diseases by using computer algorithm to find all the  possible outcomes of gene expression and then editing it.  The microchip  hides a completely non-compromisable programmed source-outcome  expression of genes on a nanochip and looks for any gene expressions that are  expressed incorrect or labeled wrong and corrects it by interacting  with the actual human genome as an implant in the body that acts and is recognized the same as skin.  Once it is complete, you have a Hybrid, A group of humans in well-being!!  I have created this in  behalf of my love for humankind and wanting to abide in the  wealth of my own and others well being in gene expressions.  Inste...

Electrospray Propulsion is a new invention in which research began in the 20th century and eventually two types emerged: "Hall thrusters," and "gridded ion engines."   They are now using liquids to create a third type of propulsion and that was the Electrospray Propulsion which was weak at first although in research and didn't make it past the 1960s and 1970s but finally became the most inadvertent "Propulsion in a bottle," in which electric fields are used to create energy in conductive liquids.  "The propellant is stored within a porous material, which brings the liquid into the thruster's electric field through an array of sharp microstructures on its surface. Photons have no mass but a momentum.  Unbelievably, Scientists can now use light to make matter move.  Because of this property NIST the (National Institute of Standards and Technology) have taken this property and used it to develop devices that can create and measure minute forces such as in metrology.  In this community the official SI force unit is measured as 1 newton.  One newton is about the weight of an average sized apple.  The experiments that this community are doing is doing studies on how tiny forces that are a fraction of a newton.  These forces ca  be used by the PML team to do such things as atomic interactions.  For example, just like a star is being born or lightning they can use a chip-sized sensor that can use micro- to milliwatt-power light.  They can also use tabletop devices worth about 1 watt but can produce 10 kilowatts of power.  ([Measuring Tiny Forces with Light)]: NASA Tech Briefs, February 2017)
